How Bragerr OS handles your data
This page is a plain-English summary. The full legal detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
The short version
- ✓ Customer email addresses — hashed with SHA-256, never stored raw
- ✓ Customer names — not stored at all
- ✓ Payment data — never stored, ever
- ✓ AI (Anthropic) — no customer personal data is ever sent to it
- We only collect the store data each app needs to work — nothing more.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- Your data is isolated per store — it's never mixed with another merchant's.
- Uninstall an app and we delete its data within 30 days.
Sub-processors
A small set of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to keep our apps running. None of them see raw customer data beyond what's noted below.

AI-powered analysis and recommendations. We send opportunity context including product names, discount code names, and aggregate store metrics. We do not send customer names, email addresses, order IDs, or other customer personal data to Anthropic. Bragerr performs all financial calculations independently — AI does not calculate or determine financial values.
