What Bragerr OS is

Bragerr OS builds and operates a family of Shopify apps, including Bragerr OS, that analyze store data and surface opportunities for merchants to act on. These terms govern your use of any Bragerr OS app. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

What you agree to by installing

By installing a Bragerr OS app on your Shopify store, you confirm that you're authorized to do so on the store's behalf, and you agree to let us access and process the store data described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing that app's features. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your store and for complying with your own obligations to your customers, including any consents required to operate your store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our apps to violate any law or Shopify's own terms of service
• Attempt to access another merchant's store data through our apps
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of our apps or the infrastructure they run on
• Resell or sublicense access to our apps without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate access to an app if we reasonably believe it's being used in violation of these terms.

Billing

Paid plans, trials, and cancellation are billed and managed through Shopify's own billing system at the pricing shown for each app at the time of installation or upgrade. Uninstalling an app cancels its subscription; you won't be charged after uninstalling.

Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bragerr OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an app, including lost profits or lost data, beyond the amount you paid us for that app in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
